This 30 hours in-class course prepares trainees to sit for the CII's Award in General Insurance examination.  This includes classroom lectures & presentations, case studies and over 100 MCQs included in the presentations.The trainer uses an Audience Response System so that each trainee's participation in the quizzes is individually recorded and monitored and feedback is sent to the trainee and/or sponsor. Fees include the course, presentations, mock exam, CII textbook and one CII examination sitting.

IF3 (15 Certificate credits)
Objective: To provide knowledge and understanding of the role of underwriting including identification, assessment and acceptance of risk, rating and relevant financial factors.

Objective: To provide knowledge and understanding of the claims handling process including notification, assessment, settlement and associated financial factors.

The Certificate in Health Insurance Practice (CHIP) is designed for persons working in the health insurance industry in the United Arab Emirates.
